Click to visit EW logoEW Avionics have agreed to sponsor the overall winners' prizes of two of their excellent microRecorder flight recorders.
Click the image for more details.

8:00am It's noticably cooler this morning, cloudy and a bit like yesterday morning.. With only two days to go, the competition for the EW microRecorder and the champagne may look settled, but it just takes one landout to change things dramatically, as some pilots discovered yesterday. Let's hope the weather is fair enough to prevent luck entering into it, after all the skillful flying we've seen this week.

12:00 We have scrubbed. It's a bit windy at ground level and 30kts at flying levels, Sorry for the delay in updating the news, but I was busy buying a glider! (It's a white one.)

Francesca reads her magazine, as the rope is hooked on.Francesca always reads the manual carefully before every flight, and sometimes even during the actual launch....
